We’re looking for a strategic, resourceful, and hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our sales enablement, messaging, and event-driven growth efforts.

About the Role

This hybrid role blends product marketing with high-impact sales support and event execution. You’ll develop compelling messaging and materials (like decks, pamphlets, and customer-facing assets), support key client meetings, and plan memorable experiences at conferences and private dinners to strengthen relationships with prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to create custom pitch decks and sales materials for high-value prospects
  • Develop brand-forward marketing collateral (pamphlets, one-pagers, product brochures)
  • Maintain a library of customer-facing content with consistent messaging across teams
  • Translate product features into clear, benefit-driven value propositions
  • Plan and execute events around key industry conferences — from private dinners to client meetups
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and refine our go-to-market narrative
  • Track and optimize the performance of marketing assets and events
  • Coordinate with agencies/freelancers (e.g., for design, printing, logistics)

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or event marketing — ideally in healthtech, medtech, or SaaS
  • Can write crisp, persuasive messaging and love simplifying complex ideas
  • Are a strong collaborator who aligns naturally with sales and product teams
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Have experience organizing events, from venue booking to managing RSVPs
  • Are passionate about healthcare innovation and making an impact

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing to medical practices, clinics, or dermatologists
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Canva, and Google Slides
  • Background in brand development or visual storytelling
