Make a Difference in Dermatology Practices

As an RCM Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in helping dermatology practices thrive by maximizing their revenue and streamlining their billing processes. You'll be the trusted advisor for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance every step of the way.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with practice administrators and physician-owners, serving as their primary point of contact for all billing needs.
  • Optimize Revenue Cycle Performance: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize denials.
  • Streamline Billing Processes: Oversee and manage all aspects of the billing process, including claim submission, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, and denial management.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our remote billing and coding team to ensure accurate and timely claim processing.
  • Onboard New Clients: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and providing comprehensive training and support.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and coding updates to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

  • A strong understanding of the revenue cycle management process.
  • Knowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD-10 codes, HCPCS, and medical billing regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with EMR systems.
  • A passion for healthcare and a desire to make a difference in the dermatology field.
  • A strong interest in learning and applying new technologies, including AI tools, to optimize the medical billing process.

Preferred:

  • Experience in dermatology billing.
  • Experience with Modernizing Medicine and/or EZDerm.
